Child Care

There is a yearly non-refundable registration fee of $60 per child (unless the fee has already been paid in another agency program for the same year). For children in two through five-year-old Child Care, a weekly fee is based on a fixed schedule of hours per week (see Rates/Class Schedules) established at the time of registration. Children enrolled in the infant or toddler rooms are charged a weekly or daily rate based on their registration. A five-day notice must be given in order to make a schedule change and adjustment to the bill. The new schedule and adjustment charge will be reflected the week following the notification.  Parents will be charged a $25 late pick-up fee if a child remains in care past 6:00 p.m.  Additionally, there will be a $5 charge per child for every 15 minute segment past 6:00 p.m.

All Child Care fees are due and payable PRIOR to the next week’s usage. Each Friday a statement of weekly charges will be given to parents. All payments will be due by noon on the following business day. Payments received later than noon will cause a $10late fee to be added to the account balance for each week the payment is not made. A two-week written notice is required to discontinue Child Care. If-two week notice is not given, family will be responsible for charges.

Families may take up to 12 vacation days per year (without charge)after three consecutive months of enrollment. Utilization of vacation days requires written notice to the Child Care Director at least 5 days in advance. Families may utilize a vacation day to prevent being charged for a snow day and advance notice will not be required.
