United Services collects the following types of personal information:  names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone and fax numbers, and payment information.  United Services does not collect or maintain information from those known to be under 18.

How United Services May Use Personal Information Collected Online

United Services will not use your personal information other than for the purpose for which it was submitted.  We use personal information to register for preschool classes and special events for the agency and to add constituents to our mailing lists.  At any time, you can add or remove your name from our mailing lists by contacting us at lkohrs@unitedsrvcs.org.  Your information WILL NOT be shared with other businesses or agencies.  United Services will NEVER sell or rent your personal information.

Computer Tracking

Our web site is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by its visitors.  Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site.  This information is used for internal purposes only, and the statistics contain no personal information.
